Haley Crofts Director
Haley started out in 2006, as a cleaner in Mount Isa, at the George Fisher and Black Star open-cut mines. Before long, she was managing the cleaning operations of all 3 mine sites. Shortly afterwards, she moved to Brisbane to manage operations from there.
Eventually, Haley moved back to Mackay and spent 7 years managing a well-known cleaning company before starting Tailored Services. And the rest is history.
Jason Crofts Operations Manager
Jason has 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He’s assisted in the day-to-day running of restaurants, deep cleans, and overseen the full refurbishment of restaurants and kitchen facilities.
He moved to Mackay back in 2006 as the manager of BCF Mackay. During that time, he worked on refurbishment following the 2008 floods. Jason is also a fully qualified mechanical fitter, with 8 years of experience in mining and manufacturing.
Kelly Beckingham Thrive Bookkeeping Mackay
Kelly joined us at Tailored Services Mackay in January 2020, bringing 15 years of experience in business finance management and bookkeeping.
She now provides clients like Tailored Services with temporary or outgoing bookkeeping and payroll assistance, new file set up, cloud accounting software programs, and ongoing support.
Kelly’s professional qualifications include:
- BAS Agent Registered
- Cert IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping)
- Xero Certified
